In certain cases, where users need to keep track of products individually, you can store counter values in a database like MS-ACCESS and recall at the time of printing. Every morning at 9am, the counter will set the value to its minimum value – 5. This can be done by going to Serialization tab – advanced serialization settings and select “When date or time change” and set 9:00:00 there. In production floor, user may need to reset the counter at start of a shift say at 9 am every morning. NiceLabel stores the current value of the counter within the program and prints it dynamically.Įxample 3) Reset counter value based on Time of the Day User comes back again for label printing then next labels will print 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, etc. If user prints labels with counter value of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and closes the label or even NiceLabel application.
